Order cancellation

Changed your mind? No worries — you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.

How to cancel

1. Go to your account page
2. Find the order you want to cancel
3. Click "Cancel order" — your stock will be restored automatically

Cancellation stages

• Pending / Paid / Processing: You can cancel the order yourself from your account
• Shipped: The order is already on its way and cannot be cancelled online. Please contact us for assistance
• Delivered: Please see our returns policy below

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Innerwear, swimwear, and items marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned

How to return

1. Contact us through our contact form with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 48 hours
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the method we provide
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

• Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
