Orders & shopping

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, choose your size and colour, then proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address, confirm Cash on Delivery, and your order is placed.

Can I change my order after placing it?

You can cancel the order from your account page as long as it has not been shipped. To change an item, cancel the order and place a new one.

How do I know my size?

Each product shows available sizes. If you are unsure, we recommend going one size up for a comfortable fit. We are working on adding a detailed size guide soon.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Online payment options are coming soon.

Are there any extra charges?

No. The price you see at checkout is the final price, including taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly before you place the order.

Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Metro cities: 3–5 days. Tier 2 cities: 5–7 days. Other locations: 7–10 days. These are business days.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver across India. If your PIN code is serviceable, you will be able to complete checkout normally.

Returns & cancellations

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused with tags attached. Contact us to start a return.

How do I cancel an order?

Go to your account page, find the order, and click "Cancel order." This is available until the order is shipped.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. We will send you a reset link by email.

Can I save multiple addresses?

Yes. You can save up to 4 addresses in your account and choose one at checkout.
